When it comes to sex, exploring things outside of the norms of society can be hard. Talking about it can be awkward or uncomfortable. Even just thinking about it can be a struggle. When we think about sex, we think about the heteronormative definition, that anything outside of monogamous sex and relationships is wrong. Because this is the norm, a lot of time, it’s unknown that there is a world of other options out there to explore such as polyamory, open relationships, serial monogamy, kink, and more. Along the same lines, understanding and exploring one's body can be difficult as well. Especially if there has been trauma that can bring up bad memories, flashbacks, or triggers. This can make you feel uncomfortable with your body and even being inside your body.

Exploring such issues, or bringing it up to a partner can bring a lot of feelings up such
as guilt, shame, anxiety, fear, low quality of life, and even depression.
If you’re ready, or even if you feel a little hesitant and are curious, to start your journey
to healing and exploration, I’d love to have you at the office or virtually! I’m excited to
work together with you as we laugh, cry, and heal, and break those social norms and
normalize sex positivity together!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     I also have experience working with Individuals and couples that experience anxiety, depression, trauma, trouble with communication, and self-esteem/self love issues.
