She has experience running psychoeducational and ART (Aggression replacement training) therapy groups with clients of all ages. Sidney believes that therapy is a collaborative process and guides clients to increase self-awareness, gain new perspectives, decrease symptoms, and increase personal strengths to have a more meaningful life experience. She implements a strengths-based approach when working with clients and pulls primarily from person-centered and cognitive-behavioral theoretical orientations.
