Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #145014

Welcome! My name is Francesca Legaspi (she/her), an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. With over 3 years of experience working with children and teens with various learning challenges as well as over a year of therapeutic experience working with clients from both a school-based and community-based setting, I have learned how important it is to consider a client’s individual experience when providing therapeutic care. I believe that focusing on your mental health doesn’t have to be scary or challenging and that it is always okay to ask for help. Life is a journey to experience as the best version of ourselves and sometimes we may not always have the correct tools for certain challenges in which I say, 'It is okay to not be okay.' As I welcome you into this safe space, we will work together to find the right tools for your journey to tackle any barriers or challenges that you may face along the way.
